Some warnings may be received from Microsoft Internet Explorer when trying to run the setup file after it had been downloaded from the website:
Click on the Actions button:
In the dialog that pops up, click on the More Options drop down button:
You will then have a button to Run Anyway. Click on this button to run the installation file.
