With Symantec Endpoint Protection, you may encounter the following warning after downloading the setup file from the webiste:
By default Symantec Endpoint Protection removes the file. (It says that it "has acted on the risk"). To remedy, click on the More link.
A dialog then comes up with a button to "Allow this file". Click on this button to allow the file "eCommunicateSetup.exe". Another confirmation dialog comes up after this:
Click on the OK button. The setup file will then be found in the location that it was originally downloaded to.
