How to Request Data Deletion

You can submit a data deletion request using the form below, or by emailing us directly at support@ecommunicate.co.za with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request".

Once your identity has been verified, we will process your request and delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable time, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes.

Alternative Method (Meta Account Removal)

You can also remove access directly from your Meta account:

1. Go to Facebook / Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Select our application
3. Click Remove

Removing the application will stop further data sharing. You may still contact us directly to request full deletion of any stored data.

What Happens After Your Request

• We will verify your identity
• Your personal data will be deleted or anonymised
• You will receive confirmation once the process is complete
• Some data may be retained where required by law
