How to Request Data Deletion

ECOMMUNICATE CC respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of any personal data collected through our Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other Meta platform integrations.

You can submit a data deletion request using the form below, or by emailing us directly at support@ecommunicate.co.za with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request".

What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your request, the following steps will be taken:

We will verify your identity
Your personal data will be deleted or anonymised
You will receive confirmation once the process is complete
Some data may be retained only where required by law

Alternative Method (Meta Account Removal)

You can also remove access directly from your Meta account:

Go to Facebook / Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites
Select our application
Click Remove

Removing the application will stop further data sharing. You may still contact us directly to request full deletion of any stored data.
